Shipping & Delivery Information

We provide free shipping across all cities, towns, and villages in India.

Note: Currently, we cannot deliver a single order to multiple destinations. Please place separate orders for each destination.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Domestic Orders: Shipping is free within India.

Please ignore any package labels saying, "Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/Tempered condition." Your package may be sealed with a label stating, "Opened for Customs."

Shipping Partners:
Our domestic logistics partners include Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.

Order Tracking:
You will receive regular WhatsApp updates from dispatch to delivery. For COD orders, you’ll be notified before delivery to keep cash ready.

Delivery Times:

Domestic Orders:
Delivery takes 5-7 working days from order confirmation, barring delays by government authorities or other unforeseen issues. If the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued directly to your bank account.

Important: If providing an office address for delivery, include department details, employee number, and direct landline numbers to avoid any last-minute hassles.

Transit Insurance:
All goods are fully insured by Gonext until they reach you, ensuring your purchase is 100% safe.
